# Purpose Behind Development

The genesis of this application stemmed from personal struggles experienced when our daughter was born. Managing hunger cues and recalling the last breast used during feedings proved challenging amidst sleep deprivation. A multitude of baby apps attempt to assist new parents, yet overwhelmingly strive to offer an all-encompassing solution. We found the superabundance of tracking features found in these applications unnecessary. The concept of constant monitoring and statistical data seemed overwhelming, prompting us to create a simpler tool to minimize screen time distractions while caring for our child.
